On September 24th PPERRIA will host its’ 17th neighborhood clean-up. The event will begin with a breakfast at 1933 East River Parkway at 8:30AM. Trucks will roll at 9AM and we will complete our tasks before noon. We will once again collect brush (no need to tie into bundles), tires, metal (with all wood or concrete removed), and concrete. While the event provides and vital and necessary service to the community, it is also a great way to meet and greet your neighbors and have a fun Saturday morning. We can always use an extra pickup truck or two, and more younger volunteers are always appreciated. No need to preregister, just show up. (we need about 50 volunteers). If you have stuff you would like picked up, have it on the curb by 9AM. There are a few more specific details on the PPERRIA web site.
