This is the only day of the year that the Tower Observation deck is open to the public. Food: Ice Cream! Cake, Brats, Ice Cream!, Sambusas, Egg Rolls, Ice Cream!, Wontons, Beverages, Roasted Corn & Ice Cream! Games: Fish Pond, Palm Reading, Moon Walk, Face Painting and more!
