River Parkway 7 p.m., South St. Anthony Recreation Center, 890 Cromwell, St. Paul Meeting at South St. Anthony Park re Franklin Ave. The group studying the present and potential traffic problems on Franklin Avenue will have a meeting to present and discuss the results of their survey on bike and automobile traffic.
